Yoko's Japanese restaurant food review
Yoko's Japanese restaurant Ramen -traditional Japanese noodles in broth with seaweed, scallions, egg, fish cake, and spinach.
Yoko's offers top-of-the-line sushi. Sit at the sushi bar and watch the artistry (and get your sushi a little faster) or grab a table and enjoy some edamame (pay the extra $2 and get Yoko's special spiced edamame) while you wait. They offer a small selection of Saki and mostly Asian beer.
Tamps Food Blogger reviews Yoko's
Yoko's Japanese Restaurant Shrimp Steam Bun- Steamed Shrimp, Pickled Daikan, Carrots, Mixed Greens
On this visit our table had the Yoko's Edamame, Steam Buns, Dragon Roll, Eel, and Chicken Ramen. Each dish was as good as the last. The Steam Bun is a perfect beginning with a nice balance of sweet and savory. The Dragon Roll is a meal in and of itself, with a generous portion of spicy tuna (or salmon if you wish) finished with spicy mayo, tempura chips, scallion and roe. Delish! The ingredients in the ramen was a mixture of ramen noodles, egg, spinach, chicken (optional), all set in a delectable broth.
Table wait time can be long especially on a weekend, but it's well worth it.
